What are the dates of the program?
July 28 - August 2, 2024
At NatureBridge in Olympic National Park, Port Angeles, WA
Parents are welcome to attend a free public performance, August 1 at 7pm.

When is the application deadline?
All applications must be received by March 31, 2024. Deadline extended to April 17th.
Applications open February 1st.
We will accept the first 20 qualified students, with priority given to Port Angeles area residents.

How much does this program cost?
Tuition: $950, Room & Board: $495
Payment Schedule:
April 15: $100 deposit
June 15: 50% Tuition, Room & Board
July 15: 50% Tuition, Room & Board

Nobody will be turned away due to lack of funds. If the above fees should cause a hardship for any family, financial assistance is available. Please contact Chuck Whitney.

Are Scholarships Available?
Partial merit scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the jury for outstanding auditions. Need-based tuition scholarships are also available.

Please note that scholarships are NOT available for Room & Board.

Who can apply?
This program is for advanced string players, ages 12-18. Priority is given to musicians living in the Port Angeles area.

Do I need to audition?
Yes. All candidates must submit a YouTube link for their audition video containing one scale and one piece of choice.
​
To ensure that everyone is fully prepared, all campers must record and upload their camp repertoire by July 20 to secure final acceptance and scholarships for camp.
